The enquiry form
When you click “Send my enquiry”, your contact details, message, dates, selected activities and accommodation, and indicative estimate are sent to Wingfoil Dakhla. Make handles the transfer and creates an enquiry in our Pipedrive customer management system. We use this information to prepare your quote and get back to you; it does not trigger any payment or confirmed booking. Your package choices, dates and accommodation preferences may be kept in your browser’s session storage so that your selection carries across pages. Your name, email address and phone number are not stored there in plain text. To prevent duplicates if you try again, a technical fingerprint of your enquiry, a reference valid for 24 hours and its timestamp are also stored there, limited to 20 enquiries and the duration of your session.
Processing your enquiry
The information you send is accessible to the Wingfoil Dakhla team and to Make and Pipedrive, the technical providers needed to process and follow up your enquiry. It is not used to subscribe you automatically to a newsletter. For questions about your data or to request access, correction or deletion, contact contact@wingfoildakhla.com.
Optional flight assistance
When you enable flight assistance, your browser contacts IPWHOIS.io, which receives your IP address and returns an approximate location to suggest an airport. You can change this suggestion. We store only the suggested airport code in session storage, without recording your IP address or geographic coordinates there. Location detection does not run when flight assistance is disabled. If the service is unavailable, you can select your airport manually. Searching on Option Way sends it your selected airports and dates; this search is separate from your quote request.
